Our fast-growing real estate client in Aruba needs a social media wiz on an immediate basis! The ideal candidate should be well-versed with social media management and its tools and willing to work 2 days a week (16 hours) in their office. You will be a one-man army for all social media-related activities. Someone who is organized, planned, self-motivated, and has basic designing skills with an eye for trends is the ideal candidate.
Roles and responsibilities
- Performing administrative tasks such as updating the website
- Ensuring proper portrayal of brand’s image and tone
- Drafting marketing emails
- Maintaining the company’s all social media accounts
- Creates content from a pre-approved social media planner
- Schedules posts regularly on all the company’s social media platforms
- Researches for similar interests, people, influencers, etc. for networking.
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Manages social media communications
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language; written and spoken
- Knowledge of the latest market trends and social media marketing techniques
- Strong computer skills
- Familiarity with basic editing software
- Prior experience in social media management
- Basic knowledge of designing
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts
- Basic knowledge of all social media management tools.
- Strong communication and networking skills
